Church and Para-Local Church Consultation

Leading others through the Stages of Discipleship takes time.  It took Jesus three years, meeting with his men 24/7/365 to move them through all the Stages of Discipleship.  It took Paul 12-14 years to do the same thing with his disciple – Timothy.  This is not something that happens instantly.  When we can only meet with others one day a week, this entire process is likely to take much longer.  Along the way there are a number of critical issues that can stall or stop growth and send it into decline.  These issues must be addressed.  Let me help you move through them.  Simply send me your contact information and I will get in touch with you.  There are a number of ways to do this: in person and over a length of time, or from a distance through Google Hangouts, FaceTime, Phone call, E-mail, or Messages.

Learning the skills of a Shepherd Leader works best when groups of leaders take time to share their discipling experiences together and learn from each other.  You may want to consider a group meeting in person or from a distance where I can facilitate a discussion among your team.  Over the years, this has proved to be an incredibly significant time.

There are a number of additional topics for leaders: Uniquely You and Trinitarian Team Dynamics  – discover the unique design of each person, how to relate to them, how to lead them, how to involve them in the mission, and how to work together as a team on mission as God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are doing today. Parking Lot Discussions around the issues, needs, and concerns you and your team have in life and ministry. This is greatly flexible in topics and time.

Any of these additional topics can be arranged on an “as needed” basis. If you are interested in the Uniquely You and Trinitarian Team Dynamics or the On-going transformational training on staying on mission together, please request this at least two weeks before the training event. I look forward to helping you make disciples who make disciples as biblical shepherd leaders.
